Why Choose the 1200 × 800 mm Wave-Pattern Pallet
This is the wave-pattern sibling of our diamond-pattern 1200 × 800 model: identical size, identical ratings, different deck geometry. The distinction matters more than it sounds. Wave ribs run across the deck in long parallel ridges, which produces a flatter, more continuous contact surface than a raised diamond lattice.
Where does that help? Three places. Sliding heavy cases into position during hand loading — ridges that run with the movement rather than against it. Flow-wrap and film-wrapped loads, which bridge a continuous surface better than a sharply raised grid. And cleaning: a wave deck sweeps out far more easily than a lattice with corners at every junction, which is why hygiene-sensitive operations tend to prefer it.
