The Higrade 1050 × 1050 mm presswood pallet is a single-deck moulded pallet built from recycled wood, straw and bamboo, pressed into shape at over 200 °C and more than 20 MPa with a patented modified MDI adhesive. A 3 × 3 boss layout combined with cross and arc ribs spreads point loads across the whole deck, so cartons, drums and bagged goods stay stable in transit. The nestable profile means empty pallets stack tightly, a decisive advantage on return legs and in rented warehouse space. Being pressed at high temperature and high pressure, the pallet is pest-free by construction and therefore exempt from ISPM 15 fumigation, heat treatment and IPPC marking. Dimensions, deck pattern, colour and embossed logo can all be produced to drawing.

Why Choose the 1050 × 1050 mm Nestable Presswood Pallet
1050 mm is not a European size and it is not quite Japanese. It is the pragmatic middle that many Asian export programmes settled on, and this mould makes good use of it: a square deck that wastes very little space under awkward footprints.
