The Higrade 1000 × 1000 × 100 mm presswood pallet is a one-piece moulded pallet formed from recycled wood, straw and bamboo at over 200 °C and more than 20 MPa, bonded with a patented modified MDI adhesive. Four-way equidistant fork entry and a 62 mm entry height let forklifts and pallet jacks work from every side, while the single-deck structure carries more than 2,500 kg dynamically and 8,000 kg statically — a direct one-for-one replacement for 1000 × 1000 mm solid-wood pallets. Because the pallet is pressed at high temperature and high pressure, it is completely pest-free and exempt from ISPM 15 fumigation, heat treatment and IPPC marking. Fifty empty pallets nest within 1.3 m, cutting return freight and warehouse space by up to three times. Deck pattern, colour and logo embossing can be customised.
