The Higrade 1050 × 600 × 130 mm presswood pallet is a narrow, half-size moulded pallet designed for retail display units, roller cages and light to medium export loads. It is pressed from recycled wood, straw and bamboo at over 200 °C and more than 20 MPa with a patented modified MDI adhesive, giving a sealed, moisture-resistant surface that reaches only 13 % thickness swelling after 24 hours of water immersion. A 2 × 3 foot pattern with V-shaped ribs keeps boxed and bagged goods stable on the reduced base. The pallet is pest-free by production and therefore exempt from ISPM 15 fumigation, heat treatment and IPPC marking. Custom colours, deck patterns and embossed logos are available to drawing.

Why Choose This Half-Size Presswood Pallet
Two formats exist in most warehouses: the full pallet and the half pallet. This 1050 × 600 mm model is the half-size member of the single-deck range — roughly half the footprint of a 1200 × 1000 pallet — and it exists for one reason: plenty of retail and light industrial distribution simply does not move enough volume to justify a full unit load.
Six moulded feet in a 2 × 3 layout with V-shaped ribs give the short deck enough bending resistance to span between display frames and roller cage bases without sagging, while keeping the pallet light enough for one person to reposition. Everything else is the same industrial build as the full-size models: recycled wood, straw and bamboo pressed above 200 °C at more than 20 MPa with a modified MDI adhesive, moisture held at 7 % or below, and 13 % thickness swelling after 24 hours of water immersion.
There is no nail, no knot and no splinter-prone board, so the pallet can be placed directly on a sales floor — the usual reason retailers specify presswood over sawn timber for display work.
