The Higrade 1100 × 1100 × 130 mm presswood pallet is a heavy-duty single-deck moulded pallet with nine moulded feet and a reinforced deck, formed from recycled wood, straw and bamboo at over 200 °C and more than 20 MPa. The 130 mm board thickness and cross-rib pattern carry bagged chemicals, drums and stacked cartons without deck deflection, while four-way fork access keeps handling simple. Bonded with a patented modified MDI adhesive, the pallet absorbs only 13 % thickness after 24 hours of water immersion and releases no formaldehyde, so it is equally at home in dry warehouses and damp or chilled stores. High-temperature pressing makes it pest-free and therefore ISPM 15 exempt — no fumigation, no heat treatment, no IPPC marking. Nestable for compact return freight.
