Why Choose the 1200 × 1100 mm T-Deck Pallet
Among all the single-deck moulds, this one carries the densest rib pattern — parallel radiating ribs packed closer together than any other variant in the range. Rib density is the cheapest way to buy bending stiffness without adding weight, and it is why this model is the one to specify when deflection, not gross load capacity, is the limiting factor.
Beam racking makes deflection the problem. A pallet spanning two beams only touches the rack at its edges, so the whole unit load is carried by the deck’s own resistance to bending. Nine feet in a 3 × 3 layout with four-way entry support the deck at nine points, and the dense rib field distributes stress between them instead of letting it localise.
The 1200 × 1100 footprint itself is worth noting: 1,200 mm aligns with the European industrial grid and ISO container planning, while 1,100 mm keeps compatibility with Asian standards and many ISO container widths. It is a compromise footprint that avoids re-handling at either end.
