What the Bottom Board Assembles Into
On its own this is not a working pallet — it is the load-bearing base of the double-deck system. The bottom board carries four reinforced apertures and laminated support points; the top deck and edge strips are assembled onto it to produce a complete double-deck pallet measuring 1100 × 1100 × 150 mm with four-way entry and a 95 mm fork opening.
Assembled, the system is rated for more than 2,700 kg dynamic and 8,000 kg static load — higher than any single-deck mould in the range, because a double deck spreads load through two surfaces instead of one and the edge strips tie them together. Two board weights are available, 15 kg ± 1 kg and 28 kg ± 1 kg, and the choice between them is simply how much abuse the pallet has to survive.
Buying boards and decks separately also changes the logistics. Spares ship flat and nested, so a plant can hold a far larger inventory of replacement components in the same warehouse space, and damaged decks can be swapped without writing off the whole pallet.
Which Bottom Board Weight Should You Choose
- 15 kg ± 1 kg — the lighter option, specified for one-way export programmes and single-trip systems where the pallet does its job once and is then recycled.
- 28 kg ± 1 kg — roughly double the material, aimed at closed-loop pools and heavy industrial duty where the pallet is reused and needs to withstand repeated impacts from clamp trucks and rough yard handling.
Both variants share the same moulded construction: recycled wood, straw and bamboo bonded with a patented modified MDI adhesive (PCT/CN2022/138349), pressed above 200 °C at more than 20 MPa, moisture at 7 % or below, and 13 % thickness swelling after 24 hours immersion. Standard export documents ship from Qingdao with every order: ISPM 15 exemption statement (processed above 200 °C, so no fumigation, no heat treatment and no IPPC stamp required), certificate of origin including Form E / Form F / RCEP where eligible, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
