The Higrade 1100 × 1100 × 135 mm presswood pallet is a T-deck single-deck moulded pallet built for racked storage rather than floor stacking alone. A 135 mm board thickness combined with radiating T-shaped ribs carries load from the centre out to all four corners, so the deck resists deflection even where rack beams give no support beneath. Nine moulded feet spread the weight evenly and give four-way fork access. Pressed from recycled wood, straw and bamboo at over 200 °C and more than 20 MPa with a patented modified MDI adhesive, the pallet stays pest-free and ISPM 15 exempt, needs no fumigation or IPPC marking for export, shows only 13 % thickness swelling after 24 hours of water immersion, and releases no formaldehyde.

Why Choose the 1100 × 1100 × 135 mm T-Deck Pallet

Most one-way pallets are built to sit on a floor. This one is built to sit on rack beams, and that difference decides the whole geometry. A 135 mm board section carries the extra depth needed to resist deflection between beams, while the radiating T-shaped ribs channel load outwards from the centre of the deck into the nine moulded feet rather than letting it pool in the middle.

Every shipment carries our ISPM 15 exemption statement, certificate of origin including Form E / Form F / RCEP where eligible, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
